I am not what happened to me;
I am what I choose to become.

Carl Jung

Your past is not your potential.

Have you ever wished you could break a pattern that gets in your way?

Welcome ... I look forward to getting to know you!  Whether you are new to therapy or have been in therapy before, let's examine how your past plays a role in shaping your present thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions.  We can collaborate to bring change to areas of your life where you may be feeling confused, frustrated or stuck, whether in relationships with other adults, your children, or within yourself.  We will always go at your pace.

You may wish to explore what arises underneath the level of words, and if so, we can include components of mindful observation and somatic work. By exploring what is held non-verbally, deeper patterns can be discovered, and profound healing can occur.

Together, by making sense of your life story, you can change its course.

Therapy that isn't like other therapy.

Let's take a breath.

It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see.  (Henry David Thoreau)

Curious?

You may have a sense that you are not living fully, or that you have unrealized potential.  Many people feel this way.  What would be possible if you could let go of the thoughts and emotions that keep you in old patterns and hold you back?
